Grind From Monday To Friday, Work From Friday to Sunday

Wow, what have these last few months been. I feel like there has always been something going on, and if you follow me on snapchat you would have seen that I’m always up to something (if you don’t follow me on snap, then what are you doing?). Like for example, last month I got to see Rihanna perform here in Toronto, which was incredible! She’s so talented and sounds even better live. RiRi has so many top hits that she couldn’t even sing the full songs or the concert would have been like 4 hours long.

Okay, but let’s talk about who I saw in concert last week… ( some of you may know just by the title of this post, if you’re a huge fan of her too) but that’s right ladies and gentlemen, I saw Queen Bey during her formation world tour! Definitely the best concert I’ve ever been to! Everyone who knows me knows how much love and admiration I have for Yonce and to see her in concert was such a dream come true. She’s such a performer and entertainer, she doesn’t just stand on stage and sing her top hits, she gives you a full show. My sister and I vlogged the whole thing so we’ll get that up soon so you can see for yourselves.

Of course, I went shopping the next day after the concert because Yonce makes everyone feel like a bad B and then you’re like ‘dang, I need to get on that grind, but first I need some new clothes.’

So I went into Zara on Bloor St and picked up this cute lace crop top and paired it with a pair of zara pleated, draw string pants. To make it more work appropriate I put my blazer from Nordstrom over it. IMG_2592

I finished the outfit off with pair of pointed toe shoes from Sam Edelman. The high-waisted  pants already make your legs look long, but adding pointy toe shoes always elongates your leg even more so now you have the illusion of really long legs, even if you’re short like me ;p
