We’re 3 months into 2020 and this year has really knocked us down, repeatedly. Like Rocky said, “it’s not about how hard of a hit you can give, it’s about how many you can take and keep moving forward.” I am sure that together we will be able to get through this.
The important thing to do is stay calm, do not panic. Panic and stress immediately weaken your immune system, ( that’s why I always got sick before a big chemistry exam in university haha). Stay informed; listen to health officials. Take everything with a grain of salt and consider the source. Be considerate; even if you think you won’t get it- you may pass it on to someone whose immune system cannot handle it. If not for you, do it for those around you.
